Clear terms for learning and support.

These website terms set expectations for public information, enquiries, learning services, career support, payments, and partnership applications.

Website information

Program pages describe the current intended learning experience. Curricula, tools, instructors, schedules, delivery modes, projects, and availability may change to maintain relevance or service quality. Confirm the current commercial offer in writing before paying.

Enrolment and learner responsibilities

Admission may depend on prerequisites, seat availability, identity or payment verification, and acceptance of the applicable enrolment terms. Learners are responsible for attendance, assignments, ethical tool use, account security, and respecting intellectual property and classroom conduct requirements.

Placement support

Placement support may include portfolio and profile preparation, interview practice, role matching, and introductions where appropriate. Digital Edify does not guarantee an interview, offer, salary, employer, location, or timeline. Outcomes depend on the learner, employer decisions, experience, role fit, location, market conditions, and other factors.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Pay only the amount confirmed in writing by an authorized admissions representative and verify the beneficiary before approving a transaction. Never share a card PIN, UPI PIN, OTP, or remote-device access. Fees, instalments, cancellation windows, deferrals, taxes, and refund eligibility are governed by the written offer or enrolment agreement issued for your program. Payment-provider processing fees and statutory deductions may be non-refundable where permitted. Contact support@digitaledify.ai promptly for a duplicate, incorrect, or disputed payment.

Resources and recordings

Articles, guides, demos, templates, and recordings are educational material, not legal, medical, financial, employment, or security advice. Do not republish, sell, remove attribution from, or use them to infringe third-party rights without written permission.

Partnership applications

An application, territory discussion, or preliminary review does not create exclusivity, authorization, or a franchise relationship. Any licence, territory protection, fees, obligations, and brand permissions apply only after an authorized written agreement is signed.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not probe, disrupt, automate abusive requests against, upload malicious content to, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or connected services. We may restrict access to protect learners, systems, partners, or legal rights. Services can be interrupted by maintenance, providers, networks, or events outside reasonable control.

Contact and governing documents

Your signed enrolment, commercial, partnership, or provider agreement takes precedence if it conflicts with this general website page. Questions may be sent to support@digitaledify.ai.
