FAQ

Straight answers before you enrol.

Is this a functional or technical Workday program?

It is techno-functional: substantial HCM configuration and process depth, supported by reporting, security, data-loading, testing and integration awareness. Deep Workday integration development is covered separately.

Do I need prior HR experience?

No. HR experience is useful but not mandatory. Beginners receive foundations in HR processes, enterprise applications, data and implementation delivery.

Will I receive access to a Workday tenant?

Hands-on activities require an authorised training environment. The exact tenant, accessible modules, roles and availability are confirmed during enrolment and may change.

Does this prepare me for an official Workday certification?

The curriculum builds relevant platform capability, but official Workday certification access and eligibility are governed by Workday and participating ecosystem organisations. Digital Edify does not promise an official certification attempt.

How much integration content is included?

You will work with EIB and learn integration concepts, data flow, web services, connectors, orchestration and error handling. Specialist Workday Studio, Extend and advanced integration engineering belong in the Workday Integrations program.

Does the course include AI and AI agents?

It introduces AI-ready HR use cases, data quality, responsible-use controls and current Workday platform direction. Deeper agent design, orchestration and governance are covered in the dedicated Workday AI & AI Agents program.

Will I build a portfolio?

Yes. The capstone produces an organisation blueprint, configuration decisions, business-process designs, security matrix, reports, EIB evidence, test pack and release-readiness case study.

Does career support guarantee a job?

No. Career support may include portfolio, resume and interview preparation, but employment, interviews, placement, title and salary cannot be guaranteed.
