Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, advise on programs, process partnership applications, provide learner and career services, reconcile payments, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve service quality. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and processors

Information may be handled by authorized staff and service providers that host the website, operate the learner platform, process payments, manage enquiries, or provide communications. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the service and apply contractual or access controls where appropriate.

Retention and security

We retain records only for as long as needed for the stated service, support, accounting, dispute, security, or legal purpose. We use access controls, HTTPS, server-side credentials, request validation, and operational monitoring, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete applicable personal information, withdraw consent for future optional processing, or raise a grievance. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or active-service reasons. Email support@digitaledify.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may verify your identity before acting.

Audience analytics

Optional audience analytics and marketing storage are currently disabled on the public website. We will update this notice before introducing any new optional tracking.

Children and changes

The public website is not intended to collect information directly from children without an appropriate parent, guardian, school, or institutional arrangement. We may update this notice as services or legal requirements change; the date above shows the latest revision.
