Six honest answers about engaging the COE.

Where do most engagements start?

An 8-week fixed-price pilot. We pick one workflow, ship one agent, transfer ownership to your team. ~70% of clients expand to a quarterly retainer afterwards.

Do you replace our system integrator?

No. We co-engineer. Most clients keep their SI for everything else and bring us in specifically for agentic work. We've worked alongside Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys, and Cognizant on shared accounts.

What about data security and compliance?

Every engagement starts with a security review. We work inside your tenant, against your data residency rules, with your IAM. We've passed SOC 2 / ISO 27001 vendor reviews at multiple BFSI clients.

Do you build outside ServiceNow / Salesforce / Workday?

Selectively. If your stack is Microsoft (Copilot Studio + Fabric) or pure-LLM (LangGraph / MCP), we'll engage if there's a fit — but those three platforms are where our depth is.

How do you measure success?

Per-agent: deflection rate, time-to-resolution, cost-per-resolution, eval-suite pass rate. Per-engagement: number of agents in production owned by your team, not ours.

Can you also train our internal team?

Yes — that's the "Enable" track, and it's how most engagements end. Same curriculum that produced our 100K alumni, taught on-site to your platform engineers.
